Melissa personally came to my home on Christmas Day to make sure we were able to an emergency plumber on Christmas Day!! She was even under the weather too!! Melissa Sullivan then set up clean up crews and mold prevention on December 26, the following day!! Another testimony is from 2023. I was in a bad car accident and I was at fault!! Both cars were totaled. Melissa Sullivan made sure I got through the process quickly to get the check for my car! Also since I was at fault for this accident and the other party had injuries, I felt very guilty, sad, and I was very down because it was my fault. I remember talking on the phone with Melissa about this accident, Melissa had just the right things to say to give me perspective and help me feel more at ease and comforted!! Accidents happen!! Now that claim is settled and State Farm took good care of myself all through that process and State Farm made sure the other party got the right compensation for their injuries.
